The White Head Tower

The White Head Tower was built at the turn of the XIV century and is one of the oldest buildings in the city.

It has got seven storeys and a ground floor with a dungeon. The name comes from the ball placed on top of the Tower, but it also commemorates women's contribution in the defence of the city.
